It’s often a loving-living gap.

How many pretenders do you know or have met who love the idea of leadership? They know all the right buzz words, talk about frameworks, models, and expectations.

They constantly talk ABOUT leadership… but don’t live it much.

That’s the loving — living gap.

They manage process, projects, and stuff through people. From an employee view, they hear one thing and see another. No wonder engagement and commitment is so low.

Do you lead yourself, your team, your peers, and your customers as thinking, feeling people?

Yes, great leaders are also great managers, but not all managers act like leaders. Which comes first, the process or the people?

A leader invests in coaching up the people around them to take their job someday. They know we all serve in our jobs only for a while. Then we pass it on to someone else. It takes a lot of practice, so start now!

They love the idea AND live the life.

Life is a team sport. Help your team live like a leader now.
